Hola Boys and Girls! Today we have an exciting episode. I got to sit down with my friend Teresa Ramos! Local business owner of The Alternative Body. We talk about owning a business as well as some tips for being healthy!

Something new Im trying out... yes....another one lol. Im going to start watching matches I may have not seen and give my commentary on them. My thoughts about the psychology, who I think is gonna win. Kayfabe mixed with a non kayfabe if you will.
